In the digital, connected world, ADEY Innovation actively seeks to identify and reduce potential vulnerabilities from our connected products.
We value input on actual or potential vulnerabilities as this gives us the opportunity to address any issues and protect connected users.
ADEY Innovation will provide at least 2 years of security update support from the date of release for all users using our connected products*.
If you believe you have discovered a security or privacy vulnerability affecting ADEY Innovation's equipment, software or web servers, please report it to us.
We welcome anyone to report issues, including security researchers, developers, and customers. ADEY Innovation will quickly and carefully address security vulnerabilities in our products or services. We will take the necessary steps to mitigate customer risk, provide timely information, and provide vulnerability fixes and mitigations necessary to address security threats in ADEY Innovation's equipment, software, or web servers.
*For certain models, we may support security updates for an extended period depending on the situation. If a very serious security vulnerability is discovered, we may still be able to provide you with the necessary security fixes, even if your device has reached the end of its security life.

The reporter will typically receive an email confirmation from ADEY Innovation software development within 7 days. The reporter will then be contacted with questions and progress updates at least every 30 days until the vulnerability is resolved.

- Full description of the vulnerability
We also ask you to:
- Assist us in ensuring the safety and security of users of ADEY products and services, the protection of privacy, and the proper and
uninterrupted functioning of products and services.
- Keep information about the potential vulnerability confidential between you and ADEY until we have resolved it.
- Do not use the information for commercial or business purposes.
The reporter will typically receive an email confirmation from ADEY Innovation software
development within 7 days. The reporter will then be contacted with questions and progress
updates at least every 30 days until the vulnerability is resolved.
