Installation and servicing guide

Recommended fitting

MagnaScale2 can be installed on horizontal and vertical pipework. To get the best protection from limescale, it should be installed as close to the appliance as possible, without exceeding maximum operating temperature. Full instructions can be downloaded here.

  • Always follow the electrical and safety standards when installing a MagnaScale.
  • It is recommended that the MagnaScale is installed by a qualified heating engineer.
  • Care should be taken when handling. During transportation, secure the unit properly to prevent any damage. If this product is not being installed immediately, ensure it is stored in a dry, frost-free location in its original packaging.
  • These product assemblies contain valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled. At the end of the product’s useful life, please leave it at an appropriate local civic waste collection point.
  • Use appropriate tool to tighten.
