To protect your heating system once its clean you should...

2. Add chemical inhibitor (MC1+®) to the system

While a magnetic filter captures sludge that's suspended in the water before it gets into the boiler, a chemical inhibitor like MC1+® can help prevent sludge building up in the first place.
